1. Our Disclosures (Summary Only)

This summary helps you understand key points. The full legal terms follow below.

  • We may update these Terms or modify features at any time.
  • Our total liability is limited to $100.00, and we are not responsible for third-party services (email clients, browsers, CRMs, cloud providers, etc.) or any loss of data.
  • The Products rely on third-party systems (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Apple, browser vendors). Outages or failures of these platforms are outside our control.
  • We may receive referrals or commissions when linking to third-party services.
  • Nothing in these Terms removes your consumer law rights.

2. Introduction

These Terms are an agreement between LoadOut Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the individual or entity using any of our Products.

“Products” include:

  • The Email Signature Rescue online platform
  • The SigStudio online platform
  • Browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge, Brave)
  • MacOS Desktop Installer
  • Windows Desktop Installer
  • Outlook Add-in / Outlook Extension
  • Any custom integration or software tool provided upon client request
  • Any free version or tool where a user may paste their own HTML signature without a paid subscription

Together, these are referred to as the Platform or Applications.

By using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

3. Acceptance & Licence to Use

You accept these Terms by:

  • Creating an account
  • Downloading or installing any of our Applications
  • Using the Platform or any part of it

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Licence Granted

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a:

Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence
to access the Platform and use Applications solely for creating, managing, installing or using email signatures for your organisation.

This licence covers:

  • Paid ESR users
  • Paid SigStudio users
  • Free users who only use the “paste your own HTML” functionality
  • End users installing signatures provided by their organisation

You may not use the Platform for any other purpose without our written permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform or Applications, you must not:

  • Upload personal data without consent
  • Harass, threaten, defame or send unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to copy, hack, extract, bypass or misuse any part of the Platform
  • Pen test, scan or probe our systems without written permission
  • Use bots, scrapers, spiders, or automated tools
  • Interfere with or damage the Platform
  • Assist others to violate these Terms

5. Services & Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available. However:

  • Scheduled maintenance may occur
  • Emergency downtime may occur
  • Third-party outages (Outlook, Gmail, browsers, extensions, CRMs, APIs, etc.) may prevent installation or syncing of signatures

We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties.

Support is provided through our support ticket system.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Platform connects to third-party systems, including:

  • Email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.)
  • Browsers
  • Cloud storage providers
  • CRMs
  • Operating systems
  • Marketplace stores (Chrome Web Store, Microsoft AppSource, etc.)

We are not responsible for third-party failures, updates, or changes that impact the behaviour of email signatures or our installers.

7. Data & Backups

Data loss can occur in any software system. You agree to:

  • Maintain your own backups of data you upload
  • Understand that we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data

8. Access & Registration

Depending on the product:

  • You may be required to register
  • You may be invited by an account holder
  • You may authenticate with a key (e.g., Outlook Add-in key)
  • You may use the free installer tools without registration

If you register:

  • You must keep your login secure
  • You must not share your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your login

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property in:

  • The Platform
  • All Applications
  • Email signature templates
  • Icons, images, assets
  • Custom installers
  • Algorithms and code
  • Documentation

remains the sole property of LoadOut Pty Ltd.

What You Are Allowed To Do

Paid users:

  • Use provided templates, icons, HTML code and assets while your subscription is active
  • Install signatures on authorised devices
  • Use installers and extensions as intended

Free users (HTML-paste tools):

  • Use the Applications ONLY for the purpose of installing your own HTML into your preferred email client
  • You may NOT access or copy ESR/SigStudio assets without a subscription

What You Are NOT Allowed To Do

You must NOT:

  • Copy, resell or redistribute our code, templates, or assets
  • Make derivative works
  • Extract icons, HTML, images or source files
  • Use our content after cancellation or expiry
  • Embed our assets in another product
  • Use our IP to build a competing service

10. Warranties

You warrant that:

  • You will comply with these Terms
  • You will not copy our Products or compete with our business using our IP
  • All information you provide is accurate
  • You are legally able to enter into agreements

We provide the Platform as-is, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • You indemnify us for breach of the Licence or IP sections
  • Neither party is liable for Consequential Loss
  • Our total liability is limited to $100
  • Liability is reduced proportionally if you contributed to the loss

12. Access Termination

We may revoke or suspend access:

  • With 30 days' notice, for any reason
  • Immediately if we suspect a breach
  • Immediately if the account holder’s subscription ends

Upon termination:

  • You must stop using our assets
  • Templates, HTML, icons, and images must be removed
  • Extensions and apps must not be used with ESR/SigStudio data

13. General Terms

Covers:

  • Assignment
  • Dispute resolution
  • Entire agreement
  • Force majeure
  • Governing law: South Australia

  • Third-party sites & affiliate links

Refund Policy — Effective January 2026

Applies to Email Signature Rescue and SigStudio, products of Loadout Pty Ltd.

Email Signature Rescue (ESR)

7-Day Money Back Guarantee

Email Signature Rescue offers plans with no free trial, however we do provide a full 7-day money-back guarantee.

Purchasers may request a refund within seven (7) days of their initial purchase by submitting a Refund Request from within their Dashboard. Loadout Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, the full purchase price will be returned within 7 days to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other supported method).

Account Cancellation and Use of Assets After Refund

When a refund is issued:

  • The customer’s ESR account will be cancelled immediately.
  • The customer (as the main Account Holder) must ensure that all HTML source code, images, icons, templates and any other assets provided by ESR are no longer used, stored, or distributed.
  • Third parties who were given access to the assets must cease all use as well.

Continued use of ESR assets after a refund constitutes unlawful use and a breach of our Terms of Service.

When Refunds May Be Declined

ESR reserves the right to decline refund requests at its discretion. Refunds may be denied if:

  • The user has breached our Terms of Service.
  • We have reason to believe ESR assets continue to be used unlawfully.
  • Excessive downloading or exporting of templates, assets, or source code occurred prior to the refund request.
  • Source files were downloaded, exported, emailed, or shared with third parties.

One Refund Per Purchaser

Only one refund is permitted per purchaser.
Customers who have received a refund and had their account cancelled may not sign up again and request another refund.

SigStudio

$1 Trial Policy

SigStudio offers a $1 trial for 30 days. Because the trial provides full access to the platform, we do not offer refunds on any subscription charges you choose to make after:

  • Your $1 trial ends and you continue using the service, or
  • You choose to skip the $1 trial and subscribe immediately.

All monthly and annual SigStudio payments are considered final.

Legacy ESR Users Trial Offer

Email Signature Rescue customers participating in the SigStudio Legacy Free Trial, where they may use SigStudio for the remaining duration of their current ESR subscription, are not entitled to refunds if they choose to continue with a paid SigStudio plan after their Legacy Trial ends.

General Refund Terms for Both Products

Assessment of Refund Requests

Loadout Pty Ltd evaluates all refund requests fairly. However, we reserve full discretion to approve or decline refunds in order to protect our intellectual property and prevent misuse of our services.

Continued Use After Refund Prohibited

If a refund is granted for any product:

  • Access will be terminated immediately.
  • Continued use of any HTML, templates, images, branding assets, API keys, or other proprietary content is prohibited and considered a breach of our Terms of Service.

Legal Protection & Abuse Prevention

Refund abuse prevention policies apply across all products of Loadout Pty Ltd.
Any attempt to claim multiple refunds, create duplicate accounts, or continue using assets after cancellation is grounds for refusal of future service.
