Bulk Profile Photo Upload

SigStudio supports bulk uploading of profile photos to save time when setting up large teams.

How to Bulk Upload

Go to your Group → Profile Photos tab and drag multiple photo files into the upload area.

File Naming

Name your files to match user names or emails for automatic mapping:

• john-smith.jpg maps to user "John Smith"
• john@company.com.jpg maps by email address

Review Mapping

After uploading, SigStudio shows you the mapping between photos and users. Review and adjust any incorrect matches before confirming.
