Connect SigStudio to Google Workspace

Connect SigStudio to your Google Workspace to manage email signatures across your organization.

Requirements

You need Google Workspace Super Admin access to complete this setup. Standard Gmail accounts are not supported for organization-wide deployment.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace
  2. Click Connect Google Workspace
  3. Sign in with your Super Admin account
  4. Grant the required Domain-Wide Delegation permissions
  5. SigStudio will verify the connection

What SigStudio Accesses

SigStudio only accesses the ability to set email signatures for users in your organization. It does not read emails or access other Google Workspace data.

Troubleshooting

If the connection fails, verify that Domain-Wide Delegation is enabled in your Google Admin Console and that the correct API scopes are authorized.
