Import Employees from Microsoft 365

SigStudio can import your employee directory directly from Microsoft 365.

Connect Microsoft 365

Go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365 and sign in with your admin account. SigStudio will request permission to read your user directory.

Import Users

After connecting, go to Users → Import and select Microsoft 365. Choose which users to import and map the fields to SigStudio's user data structure.

Ongoing Sync

Changes in your Microsoft 365 directory can be synced to SigStudio. Use the Sync button on the Users page to pull the latest data.
