Install Signature in Your Email Client

After receiving your signature, follow the instructions for your email client to install it.

Installation Methods

SigStudio provides multiple ways to install signatures:

Windows App — automatic installation for Outlook on Windows
Mac App — automatic installation for Apple Mail and Outlook on Mac
Outlook Add-In — works with New Outlook and Outlook Web
Browser Extension — works with Gmail and other webmail clients
iOS Shortcut — install on iPhone and iPad
Direct HTML — manual copy-paste for any email client

Your API Key

Each user has a unique API key that links to their signature. Enter this key in the SigStudio app or browser extension to automatically load your signature.

Manual Installation

If you prefer to install manually, copy the HTML code from your signature page and paste it into your email client's signature settings.
