Template Save Errors

If your template won't save, here are common causes and fixes.

Image URL Errors

Templates require valid image URLs. If an image URL is broken or returns a 404, the save may fail. Check that all image URLs are accessible and properly formatted.

Missing Name Tag

Every template requires at least one name tag in the HTML. Ensure your template includes the user name field.

HTML Syntax Errors

Malformed HTML can prevent saving. Use the HTML Editor's built-in validation to find and fix syntax issues.
