Press Send All Signatures on the Dashboard to email all team members their signature with installation instructions.

Individual Sending

Click on any signature card on the Dashboard to resend to a specific user.

What Users Receive

Each team member gets an email containing:

• Their unique API key
• Direct link to their signature
• Installation instructions for their email client
• Links to SigStudio apps and browser extensions
