Process Signatures

Processing signatures generates the final HTML email signatures for your team.

When to Process

Process signatures when you:

• Set up a new workspace for the first time
• Change template designs
• Add or remove users from groups
• Need to regenerate all signature files

How to Process

Go to your Workspace Dashboard and press Process Signatures. A modal will show how many signatures will be created, updated, or deleted.

Tracking Progress

A progress bar shows the status of signature creation. Do not close or navigate away from the page during processing.
