Send a test signature to yourself before rolling out to your team.

How to Test

From the signature preview, click Send Test and enter your email address. You'll receive the signature exactly as your team would see it.

What to Check

• All data fields are populated correctly
• Images load properly
• Links work and go to the right destinations
• Layout looks good in your email client
• Colors and fonts match your brand
