How can I automatically create all my team's signatures at once?

Once you have entered your User and Group data, preview your template design and check it's not missing any details. Then simply press Process Signatures on the Dashboard, select the Groups you'd like to include, and click Confirm.

SigStudio will automatically merge your User, Group, and Template data to generate fully coded, ready-to-send HTML email signatures for everyone.

After processing, your signatures will be available on the Dashboard. You can send them out to your team to install using our apps and guides, by pressing the Send All Signatures button on the Dashboard.
