Managing Users Full Guide

Learn how to add, remove, and manage users in your groups with SigStudio.

Add New Users

Via CSV Import: Go to Groups → Bulk Upload tab, download the existing CSV, add new user(s), and re-upload.

Manually: Go to Users, press Add New User, and enter the required information.

Add Users to a Group

Go to your Group and use the End User Management tab to add users to the group.

Remove Users from a Group

Remove a user from a group to deactivate their signature. The user data is retained.

Permanently Delete Users

To permanently delete a user and all their data, go to the Users page and select delete. This action cannot be undone.
