Updating Your Signatures - Full Guide

Updating your signatures in SigStudio covers several areas depending on what you need to change:

Template Design Updates

If you need to change the design of your template, go to the Live Template Editor from your Workspace Dashboard and make changes using the Visual Editor or HTML Editor.

Update Group Data

To update shared data like company name, website, phone number, or social links, go to your Group data page and edit the fields. Then use Push Changes to apply updates to all signatures.

Update User Data

To update individual user details like name, role, email or phone, go to the Users page and edit each user's profile.

Update Profile Photos

Upload or change profile photos through the Group's bulk photo uploader or individual user settings.

Process Updates

After making changes, go to your Workspace Dashboard and press Process Signatures to regenerate all signatures with the updated data. Then send them to your team.
