CSV Upload Users

CSV upload is the fastest way to add many users at once.

Download the Template

Go to your Group → Bulk Upload tab and download the existing CSV template. This ensures your data matches the expected format.

CSV Format

The CSV should include columns for: name, email, role/title, phone, mobile, and any custom fields you've set up. The first row must be column headers.

Upload Your CSV

After filling in your data, upload the CSV file. SigStudio will validate the data and show you a preview before importing.

Updating Existing Users

If you upload a CSV with email addresses that already exist, SigStudio will update those users' data rather than creating duplicates.
