User Data Fields

Each user in SigStudio has a set of data fields that populate their signature.

Standard Fields

• Name — full name (required)
• Email — email address (required)
• Role / Title — job title
• Phone — office phone number
• Mobile — mobile phone number
• Department — team or department name

Social Fields

Users can have individual social media URLs that override the group defaults. Toggle between Group and User data in the Visual Editor using the G/U buttons.

Custom Fields

You can create custom fields for any additional data you need in signatures, such as qualifications, office location, or booking links.
