Push Changes

The Push Changes feature updates all installed signatures with new data immediately, without needing to reprocess.

When to Use Push Changes

Use Push Changes when you've updated:

• User data (name, phone, email, etc.)
• Group data (company name, address, social links)
• Profile photos
• Any data field that doesn't affect template structure

How It Works

SigStudio signatures use API-connected data. When you push changes, the updated data flows to all installed signatures automatically. Users don't need to reinstall.

Push Changes vs Process Signatures

Push Changes updates data in existing signatures. Process Signatures regenerates the entire signature HTML and is needed when you change template designs, add new users, or remove users.
