Profile Photos
Profile photos add a personal touch to email signatures.
Bulk Photo Upload
Go to your Group and use the Profile Photos tab. Upload photos in bulk by naming files to match user names or email addresses. SigStudio will automatically map photos to the correct users.
File Naming
Name your photo files using one of these formats:
firstname-lastname.jpgemail@company.com.jpg
Retina Display
For crisp display on high-resolution screens, upload photos at 2x the display size. If your signature shows photos at 80x80px, upload 160x160px images.
Image Recommendations
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Minimum size: 160x160px
- Maximum file size: 2MB per photo
- Square aspect ratio recommended
