Group Data Fields

Group data fields contain information shared across all users in a group.

Common Group Fields

• Company Name
• Website
• Phone — main office number
• Address — office address
• Social Links — company social media URLs

Editing Group Data

Go to your Group and edit the data fields directly. Changes are applied when you press Push Changes.

Push Changes

After editing group data, press Push Changes to update all installed signatures immediately. This is different from Process Signatures, which regenerates signature files.
